How to order

Go to the article you want to order on our website, choose your size and click on "Add to cart". The item will then appear in your shopping cart overview, after which you can continue shopping or, if you have finished shopping, complete your order.

Click on "Shopping cart" and then on "Proceed to checkout" then follow the further instructions on the screen. We ask you to fill in your details to make a choice how you want to complete the payment of your purchase. Then you place your final order and make the payment. Immediately afterwards, we start working for you to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order?

Packing and shipping your order is an automated process. As soon as your order has been placed, we will start working on it so that we can guarantee on-time delivery. Once your order has been accepted, it is no longer possible to change it.

Good to know: You can return an item that you are not completely satisfied with within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return within 7 days, after which you will receive your purchase amount refunded as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my purchase?

You can pay for your order with Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bleue, American Express) or PayPal. We also offer various local payment options such as iDeal, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking and Giropay.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated for the country of destination and by the total value of your order. The shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart overview prior to the final placing of your order.

Please be aware that orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties.

Delivery address

You can indicate that you want items sent to a different address than your billing address. You can change the delivery address while completing your order.

Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address.


Returns and Refunds

Returning items

If you change your mind, an item does not fit or the recipient already has the gift you gave, you can return your purchase within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Products must be in saleable condition when they arrive back to be eligible for a refund (unworn, original tags attached, no marks, unwashed and with no strong odours).

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure that they packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend sending items via a tracked postal service and obtaining proof of posting or tracking information.

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation with your return. You will receive this by email after placing your order. This confirmation can also be printed from the order overview in your account. If you do not have the possibility to print this information, it is also allowed to send a handwritten return note, this must be provided with the order number from the email confirmation.

We do not charge a restocking fee for return receipts. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price plus any shipping costs paid when you placed the order. The item must be unused and packed in the original packaging with attached price tag or sticker.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the goods arrive at the warehouse. This amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 working days.



In which countries do you deliver?

Our offers apply to customers with a delivery address in almost all countries. In the shopping cart overview and when placing your order, you can see whether delivery to the country of your choice is possible. You can also see here what the exact shipping costs are for the selected country.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time of your order is stated in the shopping cart overview. Please note that for items that can be ordered in different sizes, we can only indicate this when you have selected your size.

You should take into account that for orders in which multiple items occur, the delivery time of the item from the order with the longest delivery time applies. We never ship orders in parts.

When will my order be delivered?
For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany the average transit time is usually 1 working day (in most cases). For all other countries, the transit time is indicated with the specified shipping method in the checkout process.

Who will deliver my order?

To guarantee a fast and correct delivery, we work with the best national and international parcel deliverers such as DHL and DPD for shipments within Europe. In addition, we also work with DHL and PostNL for most shipments worldwide.

Many of our packages fit through your letterbox. Because the delivery of your package is always registered via GPS, you can see online where you can expect your package.

If your purchase does not fit through your letterbox (think of jackets, shirts and caps), the delivery person will ring your doorbell to deliver it.

Not at home while your order is being delivered?

Were you not at home when the postal service delivered your package?
Then you will find a note in the letterbox with the next delivery time. Would you like to choose a different time or location? Use the delivery code on the note and your zip code to choose another delivery option. (Service not available in all countries)

Track your order

To view the status of your order, go to "My Account" and then to the "My Order History" tab.

If you don't have an account, go to "Order Tracking" at the bottom of the page and enter the email address used and your order number.

Good to know: If your order has not been delivered 10 days after receiving a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service. We are happy to find out with you where your order is.

Do you have a discount code or gift card?

If you are taking advantage of a special offer, you must first enter the discount code you have been given in the appropriate field. You can find this field on the shopping cart overview page.
