Ordering and shipping

Go to the article you want to order on our website, choose your size and click on "Add to cart". The item will then appear in your shopping cart overview, after which you can continue shopping or, if you have finished shopping, complete your order.

Click on "Shopping cart" and then on "Proceed to checkout" then follow the further instructions on the screen. We ask you to fill in your details to make a choice how you want to complete the payment of your purchase. Then you place your final order and make the payment. Immediately afterwards, we start working for you to deliver your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

You can pay for your order with Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Carte Bleue, American Express) or PayPal. We also offer various local payment options such as iDeal, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking and Giropay.

The shipping costs are calculated for the country of destination and by the total value of your order. The shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart overview prior to the final placing of your order. Please be aware that orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and import duties.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 workdays. At the moment of leaving, you will receive an automatic Email with a Track and Trace link. Did you not receive your tracking link within 3 workdays? Please contact our customer service.

Packing and shipping your order is an automated process. As soon as your order has been placed, we will start working on it so that we can guarantee on-time delivery. Once your order has been accepted, it is no longer possible to change it.

Good to know: You can return an item that you are not completely satisfied with within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return within 7 days, after which you will receive your purchase amount refunded as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, an item does not fit or the recipient already has the gift you gave, you can return your purchase within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must be in saleable condition when they arrive back to be eligible for a refund (unworn, original tags attached, no marks, unwashed and with no strong odours).

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure that they packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend sending items via a tracked postal service and obtaining proof of posting or tracking information.

Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation with your return. You will receive this by email after placing your order. This confirmation can also be printed from the order overview in your account. If you do not have the possibility to print this information, it is also allowed to send a handwritten return note, this must be provided with the order number from the email confirmation.

We do not charge a restocking fee for return receipts. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price plus any shipping costs paid when you placed the order. The item must be unused and packed in the original packaging with attached price tag or sticker.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the goods arrive at the warehouse. This amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 working days.
